Our rich, red wines are aged in oak barrels in the traditional French style to produce a satisfying experience all by themselves, or paired with hearty red-meat dishes and vegetarian stews.

2005 Merlot
This Merlot is made in a medium-bodied, food-friendly style, reflective of the growing season of 2003. The understated charm and well mannered tannins make it a natural companion for a wide range of pasta dishes of all shapes, sizes, colors, and persuasions.

An easygoing Cabernet Franc amply displaying the versatility that this varietal can achieve. Delicate blackberry aromas and flavors, and soft, smooth tannins make for an inviting accompaniment for a host of traditional and non-traditional red wine pairings.
